Burning body fat!


Trying to burn body fat or improve your fitness? 

Give interval training ago. Switch between major muscle groups with high intensity CV work! Here's an example of a programme you could do. 

Squats x 15 x 3
50m Sprint x 3 

Press ups x 15 x 3
50m Sprint x 3 

Shoulder Press x 15 x 3 
Sprint x 3

Bent over row x 15 x 3
50m Sprint x 3
